Mandy is our powerhouse. Never willing to give up, she’s the one who could drive us to victory, and nothing can stop her. Mandy doesn’t just give it her all at home; she also puts her heart and soul into her job as the manager of the Porterhouse in the Gnomenkeller. As a restauranteur with an unwavering smile and a heart of gold, she has perfected the art of making guests not only full, but also happy. Her ability to handle even the most complicated orders with a wink and a friendly word is legendary. When she’s not working in the office, you’ll probably find her motivating her employees with her infectious laugh.
With ease, almost as a side effect, she also manages the entire family. It’s another full-time job, so to speak.
Born in 1986, Mandy is our heart and soul and Malte’s spirited counterpart. She’s good at many things, but patience and relaxation aren’t her strong points – whether map reading and navigation will be her weaknesses will become clear during the 2025 Viking Sun Rally . One thing is certain: She will rise to every challenge and grow with her tasks, because she’s unstoppable!
